
Big Joe Forklifts (DeForest, WI) introduced the AP44 pallet truck, ASC40 stacker, ATC100 tugger and ACV40 three-wheel forklift for scalable autonomous equipment and material handling at Automate 2026 in Chicago. These products are designed for flexible automation without facility layout changes or infrastructure modifications and can be used in facilities, manufacturing environments, indoor warehouse operations and distribution centers.
The AP44, ASC40, ATC100 and ACV40 provide a manual, semi-autonomous and fully autonomous material movement and towing solution for palletized goods, trailer configurations, carts, components and in-process materials using Big Joe's lithium batteries standard.

- AP44: Features 4,400 lb. capacity pallet truck capable of manual function, semi-autonomous operation and fully-autonomous mode for horizontal transport missions
- ASC40: Features autonomous counterbalanced stacker with 4,000 lbs. capacity and compact footprint built to handle hands-free vertical material movement up to 3 feet high for pallet staging, racking and line-side replenishment.
