Mouser Electronics, Inc.

Mouser Electronics, Inc. (Mansfield, TX) introduced the Diodes Incorporated AH3711Q automotive hall-effect latches for automotive brushless DC-motor commutation and position sensing. It can be used in window power-lifts, sunroof movement, tailgate opening/closing mechanisms, seat adjustment motors, cooling fans and water/oil pumps.

Features:

  • Optimized to operate over 3V to 27V supply voltage range for automotive power compatibility
  • Integrates chopper-stabilized design with internal bandgap regulator to deliver temperature-compensated supply for internal circuitry
  • Utilizes proprietary Hall plate architecture engineered for precise brushless DC (BLDC) motor commutation and angular/linear encoding
  • Enables speed measurement, valve operation, linear positioning and incremental rotary encoding across vehicular subsystems
  • Built and qualified to automotive industry standards for high-reliability vehicular deployments
